Who are The Friends?

The Friends of the Upland Public Library is a group of concerned citizens who support their library with time, talent, funds and volunteer services. The success of the Upland Public Library could not be achieved without the support of the Friends.

The Friends raise funds by selling books at the Book Cellar throughout the year. The revenues from this activity, as well as funds from membership dues, are all donated to the Upland Library for equipment, library materials, and library programs.

The benefits of membership in the Friends of the Upland Library include: incomparable camaraderie, noteworthy newsletters, invitations to special library events, civic pride in support of your local library!
