On 12/4/2010 the Subject depicted in the attached flyer passed two counterfiet checks at businesses in Upland, and a third at a business in Chino Hills.

On 2/25/2011 and 2/25/2011 the Subjects depicted in the attached PDF conducted six fraudulent purchases at two businesses in Upland using a counterfeit credit card. Additional charges were conducted at businesses outside Upland. The Subjects are believed to be driving a gray Audi  A4 as seen in the photo.

Scams targeting Senior Citizens

On 8/17/11 the depicted Suspect entered a business in Upland where he conducted a purchase using a counterfiet credit card.

On 10/22/11 at about 1240 hrs. a female entered a business in Upland where she used a stolen credit card to conduct a purchase. The Subject remains unidentified. See attched flyer for photos of suspect.

On 2/7/12 a female entered a business in Upland where she conducted a purchase using four counterfeit $100.00 bills. Approximately two hours later a male entered the business and returned the property for cash. See below PDF for photos.

     The depicted Suspects entered a business in Upland where they conducted transactions using a fraudulently obtained charge account.

CHARGES:  PC459/470(d)

     On 11/9/11-11/11/11, the Suspect deposited fraudulent checks into a bank account in the name of Jun Pan. Prior to the Bank confirming the validity of the checks, the Suspect conducted purchases against the account creating a loss of $8,695.63 to the Bank.

     It was later determined that the identification used to open the account was counterfiet. The Suspect appears to be that same Suspect in a similar UPD Case (#12089007) in which he used the name of Yue Feng at a different Bank.

     On 8/19/11-11/30/11 the Suspect depsoited fraudulent checks into an account in the name of Yue Feng. He then issued and cashed checks against the account prior to the bank verifying the deposited checks. The checks were determined to have been fraudulent and the bank sustained a loss for $10,855.87.

     The Suspect appears to be the same Suspect involved in UPD case #12073008, in the name of Pan Jun.

    On 2/7/12 the Suspect used a stolen debit card to remove funds from the Victim's account by means of numerous ATM's in the Upland area.

On 6/8/12, the subject depicted in the below PDF entered a Bank in Upland where he made a deposit of a counterfiet check using a stolen debit card and PINN. The Subject then conducted a $2,000.00 withdrawl from the account.

On 9/28/12 a vehicle was stolen from a residence in Upland, Ca. The Victim's credit cards which were located in the vehicle were later used at locations in Rancho Cucamonga and Ontario.

On 11/1/12 at about 1248 hrs the depicted Suspect entered a Bank in the City of Upland where he made threats and demanded money.

The Suspect is described as a white male adult in his 20's, 509-511 in height.

     On 2/23/13 the subject depicted in the below PDF entered a business in Upland where he attempted to cash a stolen and altered check. The Suspect fled the business when the teller realized he did not match the photo on the ID being provided. The Suspect left additional stolen checks and identification at the scene.

    On 4/1/13 the Victim's vehicle was broken into while parked at LA Fitness in Upland. Credit cards stolen from the car were then used to conducted fraudulent purchases at numerous businesses.
