Water Services

The City of Upland Public Works Department provides various water services to it's residents. Services include addressing City side water leaks, maintenance of City water meters, exercising of service stops, and conducting water pressure tests*. For additional information or to request a service:

  • Make a request in person at the Public Works Building located at 1370 N. Benson Ave. Upland, CA 91786
  • Submit a Public Works Request online

*Customer Service Fees may apply for some water services. Any fees applied will be charged to the property owner's water bill.

Prop 218 Notice of Public Hearing Proposed Rate Adjustments to Water, Recycled Water, and Sewer Services Charges

The Upland City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, June 8, 2026, to consider adopting proposed rate adjustments to the city’s current water, recycled water, and sewer service charges. All interested persons are invited to attend the Public Hearing.  If adopted by the City Council, the proposed rate adjustments will become effective on July 1, 2026.
