The City of Upland's Resource for Small Businesses. The City of Upland has partnered with the Inland Empire Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to offer no-cost business consulting services and business trainings in Upland!

Restaurant Care Resilience Fund - Offering $5,000 Grants - Apply June 1 to June 30, 2026 

The Restaurant Care Resilience Fund is back - offering $5,000 grants to independent restaurants and commercial caterers across the state. These funds can be used for kitchen equipment upgrades, technology upgrades, employee training/retention, and to cover unexpected hardships. Restaurants and caterers can apply June 1 to June 30, 2026!
